Good Socialism

This article clearly presents how to create good socialism.

Failures of Marxism

Karl Marx explained capitalism scientifically and stated that capitalists exploit workers. According to Marx, worker exploitation blocks the creation of a just society. He was right about it.

Marx believed public ownership of the means of production would eliminate capitalism's deficiencies. Vladimir Ilyich Lenin named such a system socialism. Lenin defined socialism as “from each according to his ability, to each according to his contribution.” Socialism was intended to liberate workers from capitalist exploitation and establish a just society.

Karl Marx believed that the only way to achieve this goal was through revolution. Vladimir Ilyich Lenin led a socialist revolution in Russia. Calling for revolutions was one of Marx's biggest mistakes because violent revolutions cannot build a better society. Although revolutions may replace one social injustice, they have always been replaced by another. To ensure revolutions have a lasting effect, the new leadership must be autocratic and oppressive. The dictatorial phenomenon has spread alienation throughout society, with all the well-known problems dictators have brought throughout history.

Karl Marx aimed to create a brighter future for humankind, grounded in the people's collective consciousness. But the authoritarian revolutionary oppression of people generates fear, which cannot develop a conscience. Once fear is removed, conscience cannot form, and humankind cannot build a bright future. Release from fear of authorities typically creates narcissistic euphoria, which shifts irresponsibility and problems onto society. Only freedom and equal rights of people can form a conscience.

Revolutions have not improved society as much as people needed. Marx’s vision of socialism was a noble desire for equality among people, but it didn’t work. The sciences could not realize his noble ideas because Marx’s vision of a good society was alienated from society's natural laws. He also called for equal human rights, but never insisted on them enough. Revolution was much more important to him, and the power of oppression has denied equal human rights.

The elite correctly predicted that a socialist revolution could not produce better results than capitalism. The elite supported Karl Marx and his philosophy to reduce the likelihood of establishing a better economy. Also, the elite found it profitable to export socialist revolutions in non-obedient countries to destroy them.

The global elite most likely conspired to bring about a socialist revolution in Russia at the beginning of the 20th Century by supporting the communist leader Vladimir Ilyich Lenin. Lenin sparked the socialist revolution, which overthrew Russian Czar Nicholas II Romanov. The elite planned to overthrow Russia through revolution and conquer it when it became weak enough. The global elite invested a lot of effort into the destruction of the Soviet Union. Still, they did not manage to conquer Russia, mainly because the skilful president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, prevented them.

The world elite has successfully created revolutions numerous times. Recently, they most likely supported radical Islam in Syria to destroy the country and eliminate President Anwar al-Assad, but Putin prevented it as well.

The world elite never allowed revolutions to happen in countries they control. In Germany, for example, the communist leaders Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht were assassinated, and this prevented the communist revolution.

The global elite are masters of deception. I present their skills in the article The Conspiracy of the World Exposed.

Karl Marx's second major mistake was abolishing the market economy. Marx believed the market economy exploited workers, so he proposed eliminating it. Marx ideologically destroyed the market economy and tried to replace it with a centrally planned economy created practically from nothing. This economy was a massive experiment that failed because no scientific method predicted it could work better than capitalism. Socialist economies have deteriorated because revolutions replaced an existing economy that worked with an idealistic one created by inexperienced theorists.

The centrally planned economy was intended to produce goods and services in sufficient quantity and quality to meet people’s needs. But leaders never learned how to gather people’s needs, so they decided them for them. Such an economy could satisfy people's basic needs, but it could not address their other needs. The centrally planned economy could not satisfy people’s needs sufficiently, and it hindered the development of socialism. Also, unlike capitalism, socialist ideology, theoretically based on humanism, protected workers while restricting their freedom through an authoritative bureaucracy, which did not motivate workers to work hard. The final result of Marx’s economy was poor.

By eliminating the market economy, Marx undermined the foundation of a healthy socialist economy. The global elite still supports Marxism after all its failures, and this proves that they had fraudulent intentions. Marxist socialism should not receive any credit unless Marxists prove it can work. I wrote about it in the article,  Marx Still Prevents the Progress of Society.

Socialism is a market of work in an equal human rights environment

In the article Good Capitalism, I have presented two simple political regulations based on equal human rights that will significantly improve capitalism for the benefit of all people. The first regulation will reduce all workers' hours until demand for workers increases, along with their salaries, to the point where worker exploitation is eliminated. I wrote about it in the article "Full Employment Is a Turning Point of Capitalism."

Equal human rights will also give people the right to evaluate others. Each positive evaluation will result in a small award for the assessed person, and each negative assessment will lead to a small punishment. Then everyone will work hard to please and avoid hurting other people. The fear of inadequate evaluations will naturally foster the social conscience Marx needed for society to develop. I have presented how to make it work in the article Democratic Anarchy is the Future of Democracy.

Equal human rights, by their definition, must also form equal access for every person to every public workplace. A new division of labour will make it happen. The best job offer for any work position in any public workplace at any time will get the job. I know it sounds impossible because such a division of labour has never existed, but realizing it is just a technical problem.

The system I have developed will determine the productivity of work offers, define workers' job responsibilities, and harmonize rewards for work. It will not be based on a complex bureaucracy that damaged the socialist economy, but on direct competition of workers for every workplace at any time. The workers who offer the highest productivity and accountability and demand the lowest salary for the desired workplace at any time will get the job. This would create a developed labour market. However, it will take considerable time for the market to develop sufficiently and gain acceptance.

Socialism will stimulate workers to work much more than in capitalism, which will significantly improve the economy. Every worker who loses a job through the competition will instantly be able to find a new one in a full-employment environment. Workers' existence will never be endangered. The system will establish such a rigid form of responsibility that no one will dare offer work proposals they cannot fulfill. The market will also regulate worker salaries as objectively as possible. Socialism will significantly improve living standards for all people, like never before.

No economy can be more productive than one where each job is filled with the best available worker. Public companies will become more productive than private ones, so that capitalism will go down in history. I explain this idea further in my article The Future of Economics.

Only the complete implementation of equal human rights should be called socialism. People will likely accept socialism in the distant future as the final step in abolishing privileges and unequal rights in society. Equal human rights will bring the best possible life for all people.

Building socialism is far more complicated than reforming capitalism. It took me ten years to define how to achieve it in my scientific book, Humanism - A Philosophic-Ethical-Political-Economic Study of the Development of Society, which was completed in 1992. This book lays the foundation for the political economy of socialism and an ethical philosophy based on equal human rights. Together, they present the bright future of humankind.

I am not saying that my solution for socialism is final because my ideas open up a spectrum of possibilities for socialism. It is hard to choose the best solutions without practice. However, I am confident people will continue to make the best choices for socialism through their experiences, grounded in the theory of equal human rights.

It reminds me of the Wright brothers, who were pioneers in the aviation industry. A hundred years later, the aviation industry had developed far beyond the brothers' own expectations. I believe socialism will eliminate social evils and create a bright future for humankind, surpassing even today's wildest dreams.

I've also presented socialism through the screenplay Good Socialism. By reading the story, everyone can understand what socialism is supposed to look like and the benefits it will bring to all people.

Continues to Good Communism.
