So far, authorities have imposed rules necessary to create a consciousness of a good society. Such a society may last as long as the authorities' power lasts; nothing can ensure a good society once that power is gone. Equal human rights may foster a lasting sense of people's capacity to create a good society. Democratic anarchy will do it. Democratic anarchy is a new form of democracy based on people's equal rights to evaluate others. It will help solve social problems and enable the best possible life. This article presents how to achieve it.

People are aware of their natural weaknesses. When they overcome their weaknesses, they feel joy. People may also find happiness by creating illusions of overcoming their weaknesses. The most common way to achieve this goal is to take power in society. The most successful way of doing this is to impose false knowledge on people. Succeeding in this makes these people privileged authorities.
All the knowledge throughout human history was created under the control of authorities. Nothing else exists. A large volume of this knowledge was intentionally created to empower authorities. Such knowledge alienates society and helps authorities oppress people. It brings all sorts of evil into the world today. I wrote more about it in the article Authorities have always prevented the bright future of humankind.
Because of the false knowledge authorities have imposed throughout human history, politicians, social scientists, philosophers, and thinkers cannot imagine what a good society should look like. Policy, social sciences, books, and movies are all alienated from real life and, therefore, lead people off the right path. Authorities even teach people how to resist them unsuccessfully, so that nothing can change.
Building a good society requires eliminating authoritarian power and building new social relationships based entirely on equal human rights. The failure to develop equal human rights is the primary reason society has never been as good as it could be. Equal human rights are essential to oppose authorities and create a just society. History has already shown us that equal human rights are a desirable solution for humankind. The UN has acknowledged this through the Declaration of Human Rights, but the declaration does not empower individuals. People still depend on authorities everywhere, so they cannot create a good society.
Equal human rights should mean that people have equal opportunities in life. Anything allowed to some must be allowed to everyone else. Such rights will take power from authorities and share it equally among people. They will allow people to escape the alienation authorities have imposed. Equal human rights will allow people to discover their natural needs and to satisfy them. Satisfied people are not destructive. Equal human rights are the answer to all of humankind's problems. When people establish equal human rights, they will create a good society unconditionally.
I have defined equal human rights. They primarily encompass the right of all people to participate equally in society's decision-making process through democratic means. People cannot participate in all decisions in society, so they elect individuals to represent their interests. Representative democracy should be the right choice for creating effective policies, but it is not. Representatives collect people's rights, but they are never responsible enough to them.
Representatives must be favoured by voters to be elected, but they must be even more favoured by the elite who fund their election campaigns. Typically, candidates make numerous promises to the people, but after being elected, they often fail to fulfill them to maintain good relations with the elite. The primary issue with democracy today is that it lacks an effective mechanism to compel elected representatives to address their constituents' needs. Such a democracy is a worthless fraud.
Even worse, the elite use politicians to exploit people, harm people, send people to wars, and people can do nothing to stop them. The elite may replace disobedient politicians, while obedient ones receive well-deserved rewards for their service. As a result, politicians listen, and the elite remain invisible in power. Today, it is much harder to fight the elite than it was before, as they now hide behind elected representatives. People do not know who the elite are, so they cannot remove them from power and cannot escape from their troubled lives.

Democracy must prevent politicians from harming people and compel them to fulfill their electoral promises. To achieve this goal, we must build an efficient instrument that holds authorities accountable to the people. We cannot rely on representatives to do it efficiently, as elites may corrupt them. For example, no state judiciary has ever prosecuted politicians for waging aggressive wars. Ultimately, the only way to establish a fully functional democracy is to grant people equal rights to hold authorities accountable for all their actions in their name.
Since everyone may hold some form of authority that affects others and can potentially harm them, we can address societal problems by holding everyone accountable to one another for their actions. The future of democracy will not be based primarily on voting for individuals, but on people's equal right to judge their peers. We need a simple regulation that gives everyone equal power to judge. It will solve social problems and offer an excellent opportunity to create a bright future for humankind. I call it democratic anarchy.
Each person will have an equal right to evaluate, say, five people positively or negatively every month. Each positive evaluation will result in a small award for the assessed person, and each negative assessment will lead to a small punishment. Democratic anarchy will encourage people to respect one another, create the greatest possible benefits for the community, and eliminate or mitigate disadvantages. This will create a good society.
Politicians will no longer dare to enact policies that harm people, regardless of what the elite demand, because it would bring the people's wrath and a large number of negative evaluations. People's assessments can be wielded democratically to hold politicians accountable when they fail to meet people's needs. Politicians will have to serve people, and this will change society from the foundation up.
Can democratic anarchy inflict harm on people? A small percentage of people may evaluate others maliciously due to cruelty or envy. I doubt they can make a noticeable impact. Still, we could test it by privately showing individuals how many positive and negative evaluations they receive from others, for example, over the course of one year. Even this will be enough to improve society. Once people observe the benefits of this test, they will demand the full implementation of democratic anarchy and will never let anyone take it away from them.
Democratic anarchy will implement the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," which has theoretically been the most effective principle in human history. Democracy based on fundamental equal human rights will inevitably create a good society. Democratic anarchy will also reveal how good societies can be. If people predominantly give inadequate evaluations to others, this will tell everyone they are still in trouble. Good assessments will primarily inform people that they are on the path to a bright future.
No one can represent people better than they can themselves. People will gain a small real power in society for the first time. They will also become directly responsible to the people for everything they do. Democratic anarchy will best represent the needs of every individual and society as a whole. There is no better democracy. It is simple to accomplish, and the result will positively impact every social relationship.
Democratic anarchy is a fundamental human right. It will naturally make all other human rights equal. I explain it thoroughly in the article Democratic Anarchy is the Future of Democracy.
One needs to understand that authoritarian social systems have generally brought the worst out of people, and equal human rights will bring the best. Equal human rights will resolve all social problems and create the best life possible for all, surpassing even today's wildest dreams. Nothing more is needed to make a good society, and nothing less can achieve it. Additionally, democratic anarchy can be implemented soon, and a bright future for humankind can begin to emerge.

But equal human rights will not be implemented soon. The elite have prevented the definition of equal human rights throughout human history. I am unsure if someone else has reached the same conclusion about equal human rights before me. If so, they did not break the censorship that the elite have created to protect their privileges in society. This is why people still have not defined equal human rights. People do not understand how important they are to establishing a good society.
I have some influence in reaching people, but the results are not encouraging enough. Educated people, and especially social scientists, reject democratic anarchy because it suggests that their knowledge of democracy is useless. Absurdly, humankind's bright future would come more easily if the social sciences didn't exist.
By controlling the education system, politicians, and the media, the elite have suppressed people's ability to think independently. People often struggle to disregard incorrect knowledge that authorities have imposed on them. They struggle to see the essence of their problems and, of course, cannot escape them. People find it difficult to recognize equal human rights and accept democratic anarchy. Without accepting this, a miserable social life cannot be replaced, and humankind cannot reach a bright future.
